G.A.Y

Ahh, how can anyone not watch Finding Nemo? the movie about the little clown fish that got lost and his desperate father looking all over for him throughout the Atlantic Ocean?

And for you who had watched the movie, how can you ever miss out the adorable Dory? an i-have-no-idea what kinda fish, whose character is so funny that's sure to tickle ur bones off?

and introducing, Ellen DeGeneres, the one behind Dory's voice... Other than that, most of you may not heard about her.... a brief introduction, she is one of the best stand up comedian in the States, she is a reputable talk show host, and she is ranked one of the top 20 richest female in the entertainment industry by Forbes' magazine... (click on the link to find out more)

some of you may have also watched Arrested Development, a show about a dysfunctional family and stuffs (i've seen a couple of episodes, but i don't really get it though... :s)... and if you're a die hard fan, you sure must have known the character Lindsay Bluth Funke, who was played by the sexy and talented australian born Portia De Rossi....

Ellen and Portia, to most of us, are just another Hollywood star that we probably heard so much or so few, that we don't really bother about them....

and when you saw the following picture, you would think, "ah, just another red carpet picture of some celebrities, what's so special??"

but what u, and many of us, (or maybe it's just me) din't know is the fact that.....

Ellen and Portia are a COUPLE!!!

or what most of us normally known as, LESBIANS/GAY partners....

O.O
*shocking*

September 6, 2005
Actress Portia de Rossi of Arrested Development recently had her "first-ever interview with the gay press", namely The Advocate. In the interview, she talks about her sexuality and romance with comedienne and talk show host Ellen DeGeneres.

The 32-year-old Australian reveals she recently told her 98-year-old grandmother that she was a lesbian, when visiting back home. Supposedly her grandmother had a change of heart after two minutes, accepting De Rossi's sexuality.

DeGeneres and De Rossi met at an awards show in December 2004, and both immediately broke up with their respective partners. In the May issue of Allure magazine, DeGeneres said she hopes that she and De Rossi "are together for the rest of our lives."

The interview also reveals she turned down lesbian roles, including one opposite Angelina Jolie in a movie called Gia. De Rossi says she is now fine playing gay characters, but will not do sex-scenes, gay or straight.

On why she suddenly feels comfortable on publicly speaking on the topic, "I was thinking, well, the people who need to know I'm gay know, and I'm somehow living by example by continuing on with my career and having a full, rich life, and I am incidentally gay, but it's not a big political platform. I justified it in so many ways."

man, i bet many of you will go ewwww and stuffs, but to me, i'm ok with it...... over the years, i have come to accept the facts and realities of Gay/Lesbian couples.... (blame it on too much MTV and western shows... lol)

i, sincerely, have no discriminations towards gay or lesbians couples, in fact, i am very open minded about it and i accept Gay/Lesbian couples out there.... therefore, i salute for both ellen and portia for being so brave to come clean about their sexuality to the world...

maybe some of you may say "that's all for publicity.." but i doubt that, and you'll get what i mean when u look at the following pic....

hehehehhehehehehe....

anyway... all the best for Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi!!!

true love, has no boundaries....

Hurray!!!!!!

Agree with you. Thumbs up for them for having the courage to be different. I mean, being gay/lesbian is not against the law. It may be against social norms, but hey, most of the things we're doing now WERE against social norms SOME time ago, i.e. women drivers, voters, workers... women WERE supposed to stay at home.

Not anymore. So, HURRAY! =D
