HINT: it's local.... so, are u thinking about Langkawi? Redang? Tioman?


*drum rolls* It's at the end of the world!! =)

think that you been to paradise? well, that's what i thought about when i was there... =)

Mother nature amazes me all along.... and living in the beautiful island of Penang, i was born to be attracted to beaches.....

so to make full use of my 2 weeks of hols, i decided to reveal and discover the beauty of virgin beaches at the end of the world, a.k.a Teluk Bahang.... (it's now a national park, and worry not about getting lost, u won't even if u want to... heheheh... below, i present you, a map...)


But forget the map... it's a con....just throw it away..... as u see, it says less than an hour to Muka Head (our original planned destination)... but the truth is, u'll need around an hour to get there, according to the ranger on duty.... which is almost the same as Pantai Kerachut.... but my instinct just tells me this perhaps is not the time to choose muka head as our destination.... women's intuition, better believe it... =)

so, we decided to get on the Kerachut route instead.... cuz it seems to be, *ehem, easier......

here we are, me, the camera girl... and my camera....

(it's not misty at all.. just that i had kept my camera in cold place, and it just, turn out like this... -_-"... palia mia...)

we just force ourselves to smile.... it was only 15-20 mins after we started, and yet we had already decided to take a break.... our excuse? to take pictures... (we just hate to admit that we're tired)

you may notice that there ain't much pictures of us DURING the hike.. cuz, duh.. we're hiking!.. we're barely gasping for air, and u want us to snap pics??? blurrghhh....

but if u really want to have a glimpse of how's the track like, here's some suggestion:

• visit this site ... the track is exactly like what u see here...
  
• want a more lively and surreal glimpse?.... GO HIKE THERE YOURSELF-lah.... =) it's all worth it...
  

And when we saw this... we're just ecstasy.....

IT'S SOOO BEAUTIFULLLL!!!

they even have turtle hatchery.... but no, no luck with meeting any turtles, or their eggs.... x.x

the disadvantage of being too tall? - too afraid to climb up the cliffs..

there even has a heart shape rock... cool eh~ heheh

sunbathing, minus the bikinis, and the sun... but the weather was just perfect! =)



and flying the kite... minus the wind, the kite-eagle was just obediently being dragged around by us... i pity it though, and the string broke, twice! T___T


dowwggyyyy!! so cute! (thank god we finished the sandwiches, cuz i bet its sniffing for some leftovers... lol)

*sob* we're leaving, but i'll be back for sure!!...

our boat driver, a cool guy, he showed us around....

on the boat... sacrificing me-self to take pics of others....

until i heard this..."kenapa susah -payah?" when mr. boat man gonna take for us!! wheeeee!!!

ever wonder where our sumptuous seafood comes from? here... the fishermen on duty...

it supposed to look like a turtle, it INDEED looked like a penyu, but the boat was moving too fast.....

and again, this supposed to look like an alligator....

just when i thought he was bringing us to tour the whole penang island, we reached our stop...

the whole trip, was just overwhelming.... i have fallen deeply in love, with this place.... there's many more other beaches to be discovered... many more trails for me to hike... and so far, one down, many more to go.... next stop? MUKA HEAD!!.... hehehhe

it were moments like this that makes me appreciate the beauty of mother nature and my beloved hometown... and at the same time, feeling sad to leave this place, this state, this country......

one thing is for damn sure....

I WILL BE BACK!
