okay.... some of you may be puzzled to see this album cover in my previous post...

d'cuzzy? hokkienstien?? siapa ni??

chill, as i am going to introduce them today....

they are 100% purely made in Penang, from the singers to the album.... as we penangites are famous for our unique other-places-can't-find-hokkien-language, this duo, Ddie and Cuzzy (who formed D'Cuzzy) decided to produce this album and show the WWW (whole wide world) how creative and talented we penagites has to offer...

if Hokkien sounds like a bunch of chicken talk to your ears, then u may find this album, a bit difficult to understand... even those pro-hokkien-speakers may find it hard to tafsir...but if you do get the original copy, which includes lyrics written in madarin, then fear not.... cuz u still can agak-agak what the duos are singing about...

the songs? well, if Rap is a must have in your playlist, then this album is too, a must have for you... the magnificent duo manages to rap, not only in hokkien, but in malay and english as well...(that just shows how multicultural we are! =D )

there are 12 tracks in total, and all of the tracks were written, produced, mix, sang, arranged, played..... by them, (with the help of some friends lah, of cuz...)

it's not that i'm FORCING you to support them, but hey, listen to a few good tracks won't hurt ei? plus, what a better way to show that you're patriotic other than supporting your own local act??

and for starters, maybe you can checkout their video clip first; this is entitled ai phia, and again, it was filmed locally, with the help of some friends, MYfm's dj, some free passer bys, and some kopitiam aunty uncle.....
